Cotes du Jura wine can be red, white or rosé and the appellation also includes Jura's famous vin jaune. Vin jaune (“yellow wine” in English) is produced by picking the Savagnin as ripe as possible, and after fermentation storing it in Burgundian aging barrels for over 6 years

I discovered this estate when I was student, I met many times M. Labet. I am a big fan of their wines! This wine is absolutely incredible (and so rare vintage!), 100% Chardonnay with vines from 1932! Enjoy! Directly from the vineyard. Exclusively on The French Cellar
